Create a Birth Plan (1.5 hr)-recommended 32-37 weeks (VIRTUAL)

When it comes to planning for birth, knowledge truly is power. The problem is, it’s difficult to know what it is that you don’t know…

We will walk you through your birth options one step at a time, including what can happen in a vaginal birth, scheduled and emergency cesarean birth. During this consultation each phase of labor, from its early onset, through your first infant feeding session, will be introduced to you. Each topic will yield a bit of education and the options and choices surrounding each will be presented to you.

During our time together, we will create a birth preferences document that outlines your wishes and desires for the birth of your baby. You will be able to easily convey this information to your health care providers before your birth, and also once in labor.

This 1.5 hour consult can take place virtually.

Birth planning consult is included at no cost for birth doula clients.
