Share your sleep situation. Ask questions. Our Sleep Consultant provides specific strategies, emotional reassurance, and guidance. For example, you could be preparing for the 4 months sleep regression, dealing with a co-sleeping challenge, or figuring out how to balance breastfeeding and sleep. We use this hour to meet you where you’re at, and give you the support you need.
